- Uploaded images: Images you upload are processed in real-time on our servers to generate audio content and are automatically deleted from our active servers within 24 hours of processing completion.
- User-provided text prompts: Brief descriptions you provide to customize audio generation are processed alongside your images and deleted within 24 hours.
- Generated audio content: Audio files created through the Service are stored locally on your device (if you choose to save them) and temporarily on our servers for download access, with server copies deleted after 7 days.
- Technical data: Non-identifiable technical information including device type (mobile/desktop), browser type, operating system, and network connection type to optimize Service performance across different devices.
- Usage data: Aggregated, non-personal statistics on Service usage (e.g., number of audio generations per day, most common image types) to improve AI accuracy and user experience.
3. Data Usage Purposes
All collected data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- To process uploaded images and generate requested audio content
- To optimize the AI algorithms for more accurate image-to-audio conversion
- To maintain and improve the technical performance and stability of the Service
- To troubleshoot technical issues and resolve service errors
- To comply with legal obligations (if required by applicable law)
We never use your uploaded images or generated audio content for advertising, marketing, or sharing with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Storage Practices
- All uploaded images and text prompts are stored in encrypted form on our secure servers only during processing (typically 5-30 seconds) and for a maximum of 24 hours post-processing.
- Generated audio files are stored temporarily (7 days) in encrypted form to allow user download, with automatic deletion after this period.
- Aggregated usage data is stored indefinitely for service improvement but contains no personal identifiers.
4.2 Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- End-to-end encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers
- Secure server infrastructure with restricted access and regular security audits
- Automatic data deletion protocols to minimize data retention

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Vlive does NOT share, sell, rent, or disclose your personal data or content to any third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:

We only share aggregated, non-identifiable data with third-party service providers for technical support (e.g., cloud hosting services), and these providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only to provide services to Vlive.
6. User Control Over Data
As a Vlive user, you have the following controls over your data:
- You may delete generated audio content from your local device at any time
- You may choose not to provide optional text prompts when generating audio
- You may clear your local history of generated audio content within the Vlive interface
- You may contact us to request immediate deletion of any remaining data on our servers (see Contact section)
7. Children's Privacy
The Vlive Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will immediately delete such data from our systems.
8. International Data Transfers
Our servers are located in multiple jurisdictions to ensure service availability. Data may be transferred across international borders for processing, but we ensure that all data transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and include appropriate safeguards to protect your privacy.
9. Changes to This Privacy Agreement
We may update this Privacy Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices or legal requirements. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated agreement on the Vlive interface with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Agreement.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
Our data retention policy is designed to minimize storage of user content:
- Uploaded images: Automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing
- Text prompts: Automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing
- Generated audio files: Automatically deleted from our servers after 7 days
- Technical/usage data: Aggregated data is retained indefinitely; non-aggregated technical data is deleted after 30 days
